Let's start with vision. I think in the upper left and upper right (left and right from the moon) the start are being repeated. You could use the space there better. The moon is fantastic and I liked very much the veil you created around of it, you kinda missed it a little above the moon though. The clouds are so good. They are adding the magic to the picture. However a good idea would be to let the clouds be on both the bottom right and the bottom left corner,
Your technique is nice, you mange to give some artificial light below the moon. I don't know if making some clouds solid keeping only the background color active (without the stars) would make the picture better.
Overall it's a good picture with a view that all we want to see.
